16. Do 200 squats in one session.
Decided to start working on this task today. I'm using the Two Hundred Squats program found here. After the initial test (I did 35), it was suggested I start on Week 3 of this program. I've decided to start at Week 2 to warm up a bit more and get used to working out. I did 94 squats tonight. I'm gonna feel it in the morning, but I'm looking forward to the end results, a nice ass and stronger, sculpted thighs. Oooooweeee!
